About the Role

The Company is in search of a dedicated and experienced Executive Director to serve as its chief executive leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and person-centered services. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing finances, and fostering a workplace culture that is focused on accountability, inclusion, and learning. The Executive Director will also be tasked with strengthening community relationships, supporting fundraising efforts, and serving as a visible ambassador for the organization. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a master’s degree preferred, and at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a related setting. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in managing staff, operations, and budgets, as well as a deep understanding of person-centered and community-based services. Experience in regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and financial stewardship is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to inclusive leadership and high ethical standards. Preference may be given to those with experience in the local human services systems, including Medicaid-funded services and nonprofit fundraising.
