About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director to serve as its Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will be a mission-driven leader, responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial management of the organization. This role involves partnering with the Board of Directors to set and implement strategic priorities, ensuring that all activities align with the company's mission and values, and leading efforts in fundraising, community engagement, and advocacy. The Executive Director will also be tasked with overseeing organizational operations, maintaining financial sustainability, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years' progressive leadership experience in nonprofit management or related areas. Essential skills include strong financial management, exceptional communication, and the ability to inspire and lead staff and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, team development, and fundraising, as well as a deep commitment to serving vulnerable women and families. Experience in working with boards of directors and a strong understanding of the issues affecting the target population are also key requirements.
