From day oneyou'llbe surrounded by a team of OTs, OTAs and cross-disciplinary colleagues who love what they do and are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside you. Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated supervision and mentorship woven in from the start, rampingyour caseload andworkloadexpectations gradually throughout your first month. Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one-to-onesessionsto foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two weeklypatientevaluation to gain hands on assessmentexperience andbuilt in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. Teammates can expect to supervise and support 2+ COTAs and a 70% productivity expectation. Plus,we have anannual productivitybonus of up to $9,000/year. Sign-onbonus Up to $5,000.
