The Ford Agency is currently recruiting for mid-level marketing strategy and implementation specialist to provide hands on event promotion at a high-end event venue in DC. This role will focus on local, social-first marketing to drive engagement and awareness of the broad range of events. This is a 5 month temporary role and is available immediately.
Responsibilities Include:
• Develop, execute, and manage full marketing for events
• Identify and cultivate local partnerships to drive visibility
• Manage daily social media postings
• Utilize Reels, stories, and short form video for promotion
• Identify and connect with local DC influencers in the design and lifestyle space
• Provide support for events, capture content
• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years' experience in event marketing, social or experiential
• Direct experience in marketing events in DC
• Strong connector mindset and creative networker
• Demonstrated experience developing engaging content, including video.
Compensation:
• $30+ hourly DOE
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
