Veterinary Client Service Representative

Cleveland Heights Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team. We are a group of veterinary professionals dedicated to patient and client care with an emphasis on positive experiences regardless of outcome. Our Client Service Specialists are important liaisons for connecting, engaging, and nurturing relationships in our fast paced veterinary, lodging, and grooming facility. Client Service Specialists should enjoy human and pet interaction, be self-motivated to complete daily clerical and housekeeping tasks, practice flexibility with workflow development, and possess the independent drive for growth. Requirements Competently speak and write the English language Ability to practice good money handling skills Efficiently perform clerical and cleaning duties Physically able to stand, move, and bend for prolonged periods of time Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50lbs Embrace commitment to follow Safety Requirements Actively promote a positive, professional presence with staff, clients, and guests Responsibilities Greet and direct clients and guests onsite and efficiently via 8 line telephone system Connect professional communications with incoming / outgoing requests Schedule appointments and prepare charts with necessary information Maintain (file, audit, purge) medical records Process invoices and collect payments, followed by daily reconciliation Prepare and log laboratory samples Assist in both client education and triage of pets for optimal healthcare Participate in monthly staff meetings and continued education when offered to better the services and products of the hospital Professionally deescalate sensitive situations and show empathy when appropriate Maintain inventory and housekeeping duties of designated zone and assist with needed duties of the hospital Benefits Paid Holiday, Vacation, and Sick Time 401K retirement plan with employer contribution Direct point of care medical membership, supplemental Insurance options, wellness and EAP program Unlimited veterinary, lodging, and pet care product discounts Competitive pay with opportunities for advancement and continued education Complimentary notary service #J-18808-Ljbffr
