Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial HVAC and mechanical services.
• Promote preventive maintenance agreements, HVAC service contracts, repairs, and equipment replacement opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while developing new business relationships.
• Conduct client meetings, facility visits, and presentations to identify service needs.
• Collaborate with service managers, technicians, estimators, and operations teams to develop customized solutions.
• Prepare and present service proposals, pricing, and contract recommendations.
• Negotiate service agreements and assist with contract renewals.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently work toward revenue and growth objectives.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, customer information, and opportunities within CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management, business development, or outside sales experience preferred.
• Commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, or building services experience highly desirable.
• Experience selling HVAC preventive maintenance agreements, service contracts, or mechanical solutions is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to develop new business and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Established relationships within commercial property management, facility management, or related industries are a plus.
