Join Long Cove Club, an exclusive community nestled in the heart of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. We are seeking a talented and creative Chef de Cuisine to join our strong culinary team.

As our Chef de Cuisine, you will assist in all areas of the kitchen, working multiple stations, including sauté, grill, banquets, and à la carte. We offer a flexible schedule with AM and PM shifts available, a potential 4-day work week, and no late nights.

Pay is negotiable depending on experience, starting at $25/hour.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional chef to assist with à la carte service, weekly dinner features, and wine dinners. The ideal candidate will:

• Assist in all aspects of food preparation, maintaining our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Work multiple stations, including sauté, grill, banquets, and à la carte service.
• Train and guide fellow kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Assist with daily operations and kitchen security.

Additional Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with club recipes and standards.
• Serve items according to established portions and presentation standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas and equipment.
• Set up, maintain, and break down cook stations.
• Requisition necessary items to produce menu offerings.
• Adhere to state and local health and safety regulations.
• Cover, date, and neatly store all reusable leftover products.
• Assist with daily kitchen operations and other duties as assigned.
