Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As our Tactical Buyer, you will coordinate procurement of goods and services including raw materials, equipment, and supplies. You will also manage vendor relationships, prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure quality and timely receipt of products. The responsibilities are as follows: 

• Preparing RFQs and purchase orders. 
• Monitoring deliveries and expediting orders. 
• Negotiating contracts and reviewing bids. 
• Managing vendor performance and records. 
• Resolving issues with defective goods. 
• Maintaining inventory and purchasing systems. 
• Supporting product development and special projects.
• Additional duties as assigned

To be eligible for this position, you must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring any employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. This includes CPT, OPT, F-1, J-1, H-1B, or any other employment-based visa. Please note that we do not provide relocation or housing assistance at this time. 

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field; or equivalent work experience. 
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills. 
• Proficient with the Microsoft office suite and computer tools.(Strong Excel skills needed)
• Must have experience with SAP
• Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
