Work with a recognized expert in the areas of child sexual abuse litigation, privacy rights, and pharmacy mistakes. Job Details Responsibilities Preparing, formatting, and proofreading pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and trial binders. Filing documents with Superior and Federal courts, managing calendaring and court deadlines, and maintaining electronic case files. Securing medical records/billing, setting medical appointments, and communicating with clients, insurance adjusters, and defense counsel. Scheduling depositions, mediations, and hearings; handling travel arrangements; and managing attorney time entry. Qualifications 3+ years in personal injury or civil litigation law firms. Strong knowledge of California Superior and Federal court rules. Proficiency in e-filing systems and high-level MS Word skills. Experience with case management software and MS Office.
