This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where co-treatment and coordinated care are highly valued, and where clinicians work closely together to support the whole child. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavioral assessments, skill-based assessments, and other clinically appropriate evaluations Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans and/or behavior intervention plans (BIP) based on assessment data, progress, patient needs, and clinical judgement Collaborate and co-treat with other therapy providers to support coordinated, whole-child care Support generalization of skills across clinic, home, and community environments Provide ongoing clinical supervision, feedback, and mentorship to RBTs in accordance with BACB requirements.
