Software Engineer Level 1Location: Hanover, MD Category: Software Engineering Schedule: Standard Day Shift, Monday–Friday Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Experience Requirement: Mid-Level (7+ years) Compensation Range: $99,000 – $125,000 (based on experience)Position Overview: We are seeking a Software Engineer Level 1 to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of complex software systems in a mission-focused environment. This role involves working on processing-intensive applications, large data sets, real-time systems, and analytics-driven platforms. The Software Engineer will contribute to system design, software development, and integration efforts, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
