Choose from full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules with flexible 12-hour or 24-hour shift models to maximize your work-life balance. *About The Practice * * Practice Setting: Inpatient only * Employed physician within a nonprofit Catholic health system * Choice of 3 initial sites with high, medium, and low acuity * Flexible PRN scheduling * NICU staffed with Dell Children's Neonatologists * Serving the Austin proper population of approximately 1.02 million and Round Rock population of 142,000 *Why Physicians Choose Ascension * * Physician-led, collaborative culture * Long-term practice stability * National network with local autonomy * Mission-centered care rooted in service *Additional Requirements * * Completion of an accredited residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology * Board Certified or Board Eligible by ABOG * Current Texas medical license (or eligibility) and DEA registration by start date * Prior experience as an OB hospitalist or in high-acuity obstetrics preferred but not required. *What Minimum Requirements You'll Need *Licensure / Certification / Registration: * Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. *Education * * Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
