Store Manager

Key Responsibilities: Business Attributes Ability to meet and exceed store sales plan while effectively managing payroll and expenses to drive profitability Accountable for staffing the store and developing a high-performing, best-in-class team Demonstrates strong business acumen, strategically forecasts, plans and budgets to the needs of the business Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset to utilize all tools/support available within the framework of the business and drive topline results Act as a brand ambassador in the local market/mall to drive brand loyalty and business Understands and uses all retail systems and reporting tools Responsible for store inventory control and loss prevention Implement, maintain, and enforce all company operations, standards, and practices, ensuring compliance with policies and clear communication of all pertinent information to the entire team Develops a culture of trust, integrity, and excellence by modeling professionalism and setting clear performance expectations Leadership & Development Attributes Onboard, coach, develop, and motivate the team to meet performance goals through ongoing feedback, support, and accountability Partner effectively with HR to address performance concerns, maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant documentation Lead the sales team by example through sales efforts and customer service on the salesfloor to increase profitability. Takes ownership and commitment for delivering results; actively aware of personal and store metrics and achieves goals Model and enforce dress code compliance Ensure that customer and employee experience are prioritized over workload or tasking Demonstrate confidence when leading the team and managing the store. Takes initiative; has a high level of ownership and accountability for results, both personally and as a team Contribute to long-term growth by recruiting high level candidates and maintaining and developing a store team of managers and associates able to meet service and sales goals Client Experience Cultivate an inviting atmosphere that makes every client feel genuinely welcomed, engaged, and deeply valued Develop a client engagement mindset with the purpose of building long lasting relationships Leverage data, tools, and key metrics to drive business results while increasing client retention and cultivating long-term loyalty Provide a personalized and positive in-store experience by delivering excellent service, taking a solution-oriented approach to client inquiries, and efficiently handling all transactions and returns Demonstrates leadership by playing an active role on the salesfloor Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of sales management experience in luxury retail or related field Bachelor’s degree in a similar field is preferred Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team Strong understanding of luxury fashion, trends, and visual merchandising Flexibility to work demanding schedules, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr Johnny Was
