Education Requirements

• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant pharmaceutical distribution experience will be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Experience Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• 8+ years of leadership experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Supervisor, or similar role.
• Experience managing pharmaceutical records, inventory documentation, compliance standards, and shipping processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Job Duties

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, shipping activities, and inventory workflows.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Monitor order fulfillment, product routing, and on-time customer deliveries.
• Oversee shipping documentation and coordinate transfers between departments.
• Track delivery progress and resolve operational issues to maintain service levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support issue resolution.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop warehouse associates.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and drive team productivity.
• Maintain quality standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
