Start date: August 2026 Flexible hours, Monday- Friday, 2:30-5:30pm and 3:30-5:30pm. No weekends, holidays or summers. Duties Include: Overseeing the care of children in preschool through 8th grade after school. Assisting the directors with activities. Follow St. Wenceslaus policies as well as DHHS licensing requirements. Supporting children during daily activities, transitions, and dismissal. Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of age appropriate practices for children ages 3-13. Ability to work collaboratively with directors and other staff. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy after school setting. Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain professionalism and positive relationships with students, families, and staff. Education and Experience Must be 18 years old Experience working with children is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Must be dependable, self-motivated, and organized. Willingness to follow St. Wenceslaus policies and DHHS licensing requirements.
