Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary The Specialty Esters Operator III supports chemical manufacturing operations with an initial focus on primary packaging and forklift operations in the B20 Spray Chiller area . As production demand increases and 24/7 operations are implemented, this role will cross-train and rotate into the Specialty Esters Operator II Pumper position . This position is responsible for safely and efficiently handling raw materials and finished products while adhering to all safety, quality, and operational standards. Key Responsibilities

- Perform all job duties in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner in accordance with site policies and procedures
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products from tank trucks, railcars, and box trucks
- Transfer materials between vessels, tanks, and processing equipment
- Package finished products into drums and totes as required
- Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely and effectively
- Support B20 Spray Chiller packaging operations
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow batch, quality, and safety requirements
- Maintain good housekeeping and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Work extended hours and overtime as required by production needs
- Prior experience in chemical manufacturing or industrial operations preferred
- Forklift experience required (certification or ability to become certified)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work more than 8 hours per day and more than 40 hours per week
- Willingness to work 2nd shift and transition to a 12-hour rotating DuPont schedule
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to chemicals, heat, noise, and industrial equipment
- Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
