Facilities Maintenance Technician
The Oaks of Clearwater
The Oaks of Clearwater is seeking a Maintenance Tech to oversee the upkeep, cleanliness, and security of the facility on-site. You will work with the Plant Operations team to implement the maintenance and repair programs for the property and assist with resident-centric services. Primary duties include inspecting systems, responding to emergency calls, and maintaining outdoor areas, pool, and common spaces.
