We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician III to support the production of complex products and power circuitry. This role works closely with operations and engineering teams in a highly technical, fastpaced startup environment. The ideal candidate excels in handson work, technical problemsolving, and collaboration across multifunctional teams.

* Perform soldering, assembly, testing, and inspection of prototypes and released products
* Assist in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), test procedures, and safety procedures
* Conduct troubleshooting, rootcause identification, rework, and repair
* Perform basic troubleshooting of PCBAs and complex troubleshooting of electromechanical assemblies
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
* Communicate clearly and respectfully to achieve team objectives
* Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow AS9100 traceability requirements
* Conduct equipment calibration as needed
* Coordinate tasks with peers and provide training when required
* Follow verbal instructions effectively and work both independently and collaboratively
* Complete assignments with minimal need for repair or rework and deliver work on time

* Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
* Expert knowledge of IPC610 soldering standards and practices
* Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills
* Basic troubleshooting of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) / Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs)
* Ability to read and understand schematics
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Sound decisionmaking skills
* Authorization to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
* Active IPC610 or IPC620 certification
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience using diagnostic and lab equipment including DMMs, oscilloscopes, power supplies, data loggers, thermal chambers, and microscopes

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to frequently bend; twist; reach; stoop; kneel or crouch.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds/23 kilos on a daily continuous basis. Anything heavier will be done with the assistance of a mechanical device or with the assistance of another employee.
• This position is exposed to harmful materials such as lead/fiberglass products. Periodic blood tests are required to measure the level of lead. Precautions are taken by the company/employee to reduce the risk of exposure and help ensure everyones safety.
• Employees are responsible for wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment in the proper manner at all times.
• Must be able and willing to work overtime.
• Must be able and willing to work varying schedules which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays.
