Manufacturing Associate 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift

$18.00$21.00/hr | Contract-to-Hire

What You'll Do

• Assemble mechanical parts using hand & power tools
• Follow work instructions and basic blueprints
• Perform sandblasting, sanding, masking, and prep work
• Assist with powder coat, paint preparation & finishing
• Inspect parts for quality and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing or mechanical experience (preferred, not required)
• Good attendance with reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
• Ability to stand for long periods & lift up to 50 lbs
• Team player willing to learn and rotate tasks

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
