Primary Job Functions
Define and implement technology strategy aligned with organizational goals; design scalable data platforms; ensure regulatory compliance; establish data governance; evaluate technology investments; foster innovation with AI/ML; manage vendor relationships; oversee IT operations and team management.
Education, Experience, and Certification
Required: Bachelor's in CS, IT, MIS, or Engineering; 10-15 years in IT, including 5-7 years in leadership roles; experience managing teams and vendors; familiarity with HIPAA and regulated environments.
Preferred: Master’s or MBA with IT focus, or MS in IT or Cybersecurity.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Results-oriented, collaborative, innovative, strong communicator, adaptable, and capable of developing talent.
Financial Responsibilities
Budget management and strategic investment; no revenue responsibility.
