Civil Project Manager

We are hiring a seasoned Civil Project Manager to oversee residential land development projects in Cottleville, Missouri. This position emphasizes project coordination, technical leadership, and client engagement to ensure residential civil engineering projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and with exceptional quality. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in land development, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Lead residential site development projects, including grading, drainage, and utility planning in Cottleville, MO. Coordinate project schedules, design deliverables, and technical resources across multiple assignments. Review and approve civil engineering plans, reports, and supporting documentation. Collaborate with municipalities, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to secure permits and approvals. Maintain ongoing communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout project execution. Track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Proactively identify and resolve technical or permitting challenges to maintain smooth project delivery. Requirements Demonstrated experience in residential civil engineering or land development project management. Strong knowledge of site design, utility systems, grading, and drainage principles. Skilled in managing multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously. Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
