Job Purpose Statement: Under general supervision of the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, performs a variety of specialized technical and administrative duties in support of human resources operations for classified and certificated staff, including coordinating and supporting recruitment and selection activities, salary and benefits administration, and records management; and provides consultation and guidance to staff, applicants, and administrators on a variety of human resources matters.
