Referral Coordinator - Health & Wellness Center
Kids for the Future
Kids for the Future in Placerville, CA, seeks a Referral Clerk to manage initiation and completion of referrals and coordinate with outside providers. Under supervision of the Medical Manager, you will validate patient data and eligibility, follow up on consult notes, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety policies. You will prioritize referrals by urgency, maintain accurate records, and participate in quality improvement activities while traveling locally as needed and meeting the minimum #J-18808-Ljbffr Kids for the Future
