Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year of PT experience
• LTC or Rehab experience
• OK State License

Assignment Details

• 8 hour shifts
• 35 guaranteed hours per week
• No weekend requirement

Location Highlights

Ada, Oklahoma offers a small-city setting with access to regional culture and outdoor recreation. Wintersmith Park spans more than 150 acres within the city and includes walking trails, a lake, and public recreation areas. The Chickasaw Nation Headquarters is located in Ada, and Wintersmith Lodge serves as a known local venue for community events and performances. Lake Texoma is about 90 miles south and the Oklahoma City metro area is about 85 miles northwest, giving travelers access to weekend boating, fishing, dining, and airport connections.
