Senior Operations Manager

The Senior Operations Manager will oversee and support the General Managers in executing the day-to-day operations of both company and franchise‑owned restaurants within their assigned region. This role is crucial in ensuring that all locations meet the company’s quality, service, and profitability standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving operational success. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Operations. Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight: Ensure all restaurants in the region adhere to company standards and policies through regular visits and virtual inspections. Performance Management: Monitor and analyze restaurant performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to restaurant managers to enhance their skills and performance. Compliance: Ensure all locations comply with health, safety, and labor regulations. Franchise Relations: Support franchisees in achieving their business goals and maintaining brand standards. Beverage Program Oversight: Directly manage and develop our beverage program. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in English is required and proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a multi‑unit role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region. Experience developing or managing a bar or beverage program is preferred. Travel Requirements Senior Operations Managers are required to visit each restaurant within their region 3–6 times per year, depending on performance, to ensure operational standards are met and to provide support to the restaurant managers.
