We are seeking a reliable, organized, and personable Dental Front Desk Receptionist / Insurance Billing Coordinator to join our busy Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent patient service, and accurate insurance processing.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
• Submit and follow up on insurance claims
• Handle patient billing, collect payments, and discuss financial responsibilities
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Manage front office tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental, oral surgery, or medical office preferred
• Knowledge of dental/medical insurance billing and claims processing
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with practice management software is a plus
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
