To own and perform the roles and responsibilities outlined for the IBG COO Business Management Support (BMS) team for DBS Bank US Rep Office, ensuring high-quality client service support, accurate operational execution, and timely completion of assigned business management activities. , remediation, trigger, and periodic review activities as required. Coordinate IBG documentation execution to facilitate loan processing and related client service requirements. Execute covenant monitoring for the US portfolio and maintain required supporting records. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in assigned reports, risk/control activities, tasks, and special projects. Job Responsibilities Client Service Support Provide indicative rates to FD clients for new placement and rollover transactions as needed. Coordinate Inbound/OBC booking transactions, including regular pipeline management and document review. Facilitate agent bank communication related to document execution and new client onboarding. Facilitate US client bank account opening and closing in Singapore, as applicable. Assist with Standby Letter of Credit/Bank Guaranty applications. Communicate with Head Office regarding CMCP updates and maintenance. CDD/KYC Ensure requisite CDD is performed for new and existing clients in accordance with applicable process requirements. Provide guidance to IBG staff on core systems, including 3G, AOS, and IBGDW, as needed. Verify and process KYC documents for FD account opening processes for deposit relationships. Conduct remediation, trigger, and periodic reviews as needed in a timely manner. IBG Business Management Support Create and update prospect/customer names, EG/DOA groups, Change of Mandate, Related Party information, and LRM/LLRM/GRM details in AOS, including name searches and registered information. Assist with CMCP record changes or updates, including CIN, borrower name, address changes, and other required maintenance. Provide guidance to IBG staff on core systems, including 3G, AOS, and IBGDW, as needed. Experience Have a minimum of 3-5 years relevant loan experience in the financial institution industry.
