This role is ideal for someone with a hospitality mindset who enjoys creating welcoming environments, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring every detail is executed with excellence. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment, possess outstanding organizational skills, and be committed to providing white-glove service.### Key Responsibilities* Provide a high-level, concierge-style experience by warmly greeting guests, responding promptly to requests, and delivering exceptional customer service.* Prepare and set up conference and meeting rooms according to event specifications, including room configurations, audiovisual equipment, and catering arrangements.* Coordinate and serve hot and continental breakfasts, lunches, beverages, and catered refreshments for meetings and special events.* Perform routine inspections of conference rooms, visiting offices, pantry areas, and common spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, fully stocked, and presentation-ready throughout the day.* Maintain visiting offices and temporary workspaces by ensuring they are cleaned, stocked with supplies, and ready for incoming guests and employees.* Assist with facility support requests, including supply deliveries, event setup and breakdown, furniture arrangements, equipment requests, and other operational needs.* Effectively manage multiple priorities while adapting to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.* Utilize scheduling and room reservation software to coordinate meeting spaces and support daily operations.* Provide support for occasional after-hours meetings and firm events, including setup, coordination, hospitality services, and event breakdown.* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of meetings, events, and workplace services.* Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail while creating a welcoming and exceptional client experience.**#LI-MT1**Opensity is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
