Office Support / Shipping Location: Lincoln Sawmill, Lincoln, CA We are seeking a qualified Office Support / Shipping person to work collaboratively with our sawmill in Lincoln, California. The shift is Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. About the Position Complete complex and detailed daily production reports, utilizing multiple Excel spreadsheets Work directly with Shipping Supervisor in all aspects of shipping responsibilities Answer phones, book appointment times for trucks, respond to requests and questions from the sales department and the forklift drivers, and route all rail cars Maintain projection files with current production information, and provide support for the weekly planner projections Complete various certificates (certificates of origin, heat treat, WWPA, etc.) Work with team to complete month‑end physical inventories Complete other miscellaneous daily and monthly reports essential within the department Effectively work within deadlines and set schedules Qualifications Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and ability to work in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel with ability to create and maintain Excel workbooks Demonstrated accuracy and efficiency in data input Ability to work within schedules and meet deadlines Self‑motivated, dependable, and organized, with willingness to take on increasing responsibilities Benefits Full Health Benefits Plan (medical, dental, and vision) with low-cost premiums 401(k) with company match and additional retirement contributions Paid vacation and 10 holidays Company‑paid life insurance We train and promote from within, offer low‑cost health benefits, a retirement plan with employer-paid contributions, and paid vacation.
