As a Product Manager in Chase Branded Card, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. Job responsibilitiesDevelops and owns a product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers and the firmLeads discovery efforts and research to uncover customer and stakeholder needs, translating insights into clear product directionOwns, maintains, and evolves a prioritized product backlog aligned to strategic roadmaps and business outcomesPartners with engineering and architecture teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and well-designed product capabilitiesEstablishes frameworks to define, measure, and track product success metrics such as cost, performance, reliability, risk posture, and overall value deliveryCollaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment across dependencies, timelines, and executionEnsures solutions meet enterprise standards for resiliency, security, and operational readinessRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domainAdvanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, systems design, and data-informed decision-makingProven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementStrong experience working with cross-functional teams in complex, highly regulated environmentsAbility to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving contexts while maintaining rigor and clarityPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
