Job Description

• Create Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and devise individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Employ evidence-based methodologies to boost patients' physical skills, cognitive abilities, and day-to-day activities.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Professionals: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver thorough, patient-centered care.
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Provide education to patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to facilitate continued progress at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on track.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education or post-graduate certifications.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
