Recruiting Sourcer

Supporting the recruitment team in a part-time capacity, the Recruiting Sourcer will prescreen candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist with various HR tasks in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Identify and engage with potential candidates while serving as the primary point of contact for incoming applicants Facilitate and coordinate interviews, matching candidates' skills to available openings Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and assist with broader HR department tasks Required qualifications H.S. Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred 0 to 1 year of experience in administrative, call center, or recruiting support preferred Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS) preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at an advanced level preferred Experience managing communication with internal and external customers at various levels preferred
