Titles: Sourcer III Location: 700 Hansen Way, Palo Alto, CA USA 94306 Duration: 12 Months Responsibilities As part of our small and growing recruiting team, you’ll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify the best talent in the world. You’ll be a frontline ambassador for Nest and ensure a great candidate experience whether it’s the initial call, updates along the way or closing the loop. You are creative and driven, with an interpersonal savvy that will allow you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and Nesters. You’s also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient. However, you are not a number. You're an integral part of Nest’s overall success. Serve as an expert for creating talent pool(s) by understanding the competitive landscape and hiring needs within Nest. Generate talent pipelines, engage with potential candidates and evaluate their fit for open roles. Shepherd candidates through the telephone interview phase and ensure a seamless transition to the recruiter. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to strategize and implement innovative pipeline generation efforts. Provide market intelligence to solve candidate pipeline challenges. #J-18808-Ljbffr
