What You'll Do

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be the go-to leader for your shift, making sure operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Lead, motivate, and support a team of 4–6 warehouse associates.

Assign work, monitor productivity, and celebrate wins while coaching for success.

Keep shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory operations running like a well-oiled machine.

Investigate inventory discrepancies and solve problems before they become bigger issues.

Ensure every inbound and outbound shipment is accurate, complete, and customer-ready.

Coordinate inbound container deliveries with carriers and keep freight flowing.

Train new team members and help develop future warehouse leaders.

Promote a culture where safety, teamwork, and accountability come first.

Operate a stand-up forklift when needed and lead by example on the warehouse floor.

Partner closely with the Warehouse Manager to improve processes, increase productivity, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Jump in wherever needed—because great leaders aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.

You're someone who:

Has at least 2 years of warehouse lead or supervisory experience.

Knows how to motivate a team and create a positive work environment.

Understands warehouse operations, inventory control, and warehouse management systems.

Is organized, dependable, and keeps cool under pressure.

Communicates clearly and enjoys working with people.

Takes ownership, solves problems, and doesn't wait to be asked.

Is comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a fast-paced warehouse.

Can safely operate a stand-up forklift.

Speaks Spanish? That's a bonus—but not required!

Schedule:

Friday - Tuesday - After you have completed training 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM ✔ Four 10-hour shifts ✔ Overtime available when business demands it
