21+ Years of Age
Active Armed Guard Card/License
Valid Driver's License
3+ Years' Combined Law Enforcement/Corrections/Military OR 5+ Years Armed Security Experience

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and/or team members while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting additional support when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout retail sales areas, receiving areas, parking lots, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas; report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to site leadership.
• Maintain required armed-post qualifications and handle assigned equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, applicable laws, and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or at least 5 years of armed security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
