HVAC Field Service Technician

Appliance TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have HVAC or EPA certification, a clean driving record, and open availability. We offer training for those who meet the certification requirements but are new to the field. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of appliances and HVAC systems.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair appliances and HVAC systems, including but not limited to refrigerators, ovens, ice machines, dishwashers, and air conditioning units.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of appliances and HVAC systems.Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns professionally.Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.Operate company vehicles safely and maintain a clean driving record.Participate in training and stay updated on the latest industry advancements and techniques.Qualifications:HVAC or EPA certification required.Previous experience as an appliance technician or similar role is a plus, but training is provided.Open availability with flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Benefits:Competitive hourly wage of $25 - $30/hr (DOE)Health, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement planPaid time offOngoing training and development opportunitiesCompany vehicle and tools provided
