Public Health Sanitarian I: Food Safety & Inspections
Office of Public Response
City of Dallas is seeking a Sanitarian I to conduct routine inspections of food establishments and evaluate compliance with the Texas Food Establishment Rules, FDA Food Code, and local ordinances. Under supervision, you will perform inspections, issue permits, and educate the public on health regulations. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Natural or Environmental Sciences and at least 1 year of related inspection experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Office of Public Response
