Public Health Sanitarian I: Food Safety & Inspections
Texas Health Institute
City of Dallas is seeking a Sanitarian I to conduct routine inspections of food establishments under supervision. You will review compliance with the Texas Food Establishment Rules, FDA Food Code, and local ordinances, and issue permits as needed.
