StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $260000.00 - $300000.00

Embark on a unique opportunity to join a well-established practice in Northern California as its newest primary care provider. This practice has deep roots in its community, with some patients spanning three or four generations.

Opportunity Highlights

• Base salary + annual bonus
• True four-day work week (8 hours per day) for full-time
• Open to part-time role (2 or 3 days per week)
• Inherit an established patient panel
• See 14-18 patients daily
• 6 weeks of PTO
• Full benefits, including health, dental, vision, and disability insurance and annual employer retirement contribution
• OPEN to New Graduates and Experienced Practitioners
