Responsibilities What You’ll Own Lead the planning and execution of catering events from first inquiry to final applause. Build strong client relationships by listening, advising, and delivering beyond expectations. Collaborate with culinary, banquet, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution. Drive revenue by identifying upsell opportunities and maximizing event potential. Manage event details including contracts, timelines, room setups, and service flow. Be the go‑to problem solver on event days—cool under pressure, quick on your feet. Maintain accuracy in billing, proposals, and internal systems.
