This is a direct-hire opportunity. Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, rotating schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Pay rate: $35/hr. Location: Denver, CO 80216. Experience: 6 months preferred.

They are looking for a Service Dispatcher to serve as the primary liaison between customers and HVAC technicians, coordinating field activities, managing schedules, and providing high-touch customer service. The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating daily service operations, ensuring technicians schedules run efficiently, and maintaining communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams.

Service Dispatcher Responsibilities:

• Assign and prioritize service calls for HVAC technicians based on urgency and skill set.
• Adjust and reschedule technician routes to maximize efficiency and meet customer commitments.
• Receive service requests, provide updates to clients, and manage customer inquiries or complaints.
• Maintain constant communication with technicians to provide job details and ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain dispatch board to ensure maximum technician utilization.
• Generate service tickets and manage service workflows within BuildOps software, including: quoting repairs, inputting service agreements and service projects, maintaining dispatch board accuracy.
• Handle customer billing inquiries and investigate invoice discrepancies.
• Prepare invoices and input purchase order line items and receipts for accounting.
• Confirm, reconcile, and submit technician hours weekly for payroll.
• Assist sales team with assembling bid and quote packets.
• Coordinate and manage on-call schedules.
• Participate in rotational after-hours dispatching (OT).
• Other administrative, opening, closing duties as assigned.

Service Dispatcher Requirements:

• 2-3 years dispatch and customer service coordination experience.
• Experience with dispatching or service management software (BuildOps preferred).
• Strong multi-tasking capabilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with HVAC, mechanical, or construction service industry.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of working in a high-volume service environment.
