Job Description

·                     Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation programs

·                     Oversee timekeeping and payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance

·                     Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for benefit inquiries

·                     Ensure compliance with workers' compensation regulations and applicable labor laws

·                     Maintain and update the employee handbook and company policies to reflect current best practices

·                     Address and resolve employee relations matters including conflicts, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns

·                     Partner with hiring managers to enhance the onboarding process and drive handbook updates

Key Requirements 

·                     Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HR experience within a manufacturing environment

·                     Demonstrated expertise in payroll administration, benefits management, onboarding, and orientation processes
