Business Process Analyst

Job Duties:

• Analyzes, plans and implements process improvement needs.
• Evaluates and models existing processes.
• Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional projects.
• Identifies improvement options.
• Develops metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities.
• Collects data to identify root cause problems.
• Measures performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls
• Identifies and manages resources, including cross-functional members, to successfully execute projects.
• Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
• Deploys plans from conception through to close.
• Delivers presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control courses.
• Frequently interacts with peers and customers to gain cooperation of others or conduct presentations of technical information/project activities.
• Networks with senior internal/external personnel in own area of expertise.
• Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines the process by which to meet goals.
• Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, generally instructions on new assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• A experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves wide range of issues in creative ways and effective ways.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, advanced formulas) and Power BI is required.
• Experience converting Excel macros into Power BI, Power Query, or AI-driven automated solutions.
• Ability to train and support team members on new technologies is a plus.
• Experience leveraging AI tools (prompt engineering, automation, AI-assisted workflows) to improve efficiency is highly preferred.
