Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Business Development Executive located in Milwaukee, WI, with some work from home acceptable. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business leads, developing and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. Daily tasks will include identifying potential clients, presenting insurance solutions, and negotiating contracts. The role requires close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business growth objectives. Responsibilities Generate new business leads and develop targeted prospect lists. Identify potential clients and present insurance solutions that meet their needs. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and manage accounts. Negotiate contracts and collaborate with sales and marketing to align strategies. Work with cross-functional teams to support business growth objectives.
