Desktop Support Technician

Wayne Health in Detroit is seeking a Desktop Support Technician II to deliver on-site hardware support across our network of clinics. You will install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade workstations, printers, and peripheral devices, ensuring dependable performance for clinicians and staff. Under limited supervision you will handle user accounts, password resets, and IT security practices in line with HIPAA. You will collaborate with the Technology team to maintain documentation and improve support #J-18808-Ljbffr
