Interpersonal Savvy Relates well to all kinds of people inside and outside of the organization Builds constructive and effective relationships Builds appropriate rapport Planning and Priority Setting Quickly zeros in on the critical few and puts the trivial many aside Spends time and the time of others on what is important Sets objectives and goals and translates into concrete steps for action The anticipated salary range for this position is $105,800 – $158,600 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term, long‑term disability and car allowance. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401(k) plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 200 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays).
