Corporate Paralegal

Contract Details Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Corporate Paralegal in Boston, MA. This position is set for a 12 month assignment with potential for extension. Estimated Hours: 24-30 hours weekly Work Schedule: Onsite: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays | Remote: Mondays and Fridays California residents: Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act. Responsibilities preparing and tracking NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and amendments managing contract routing and approvals maintaining records in a CLM system supporting vendor compliance documentation assisting with general legal and project-related administrative tasks Qualifications 3+ years of experience in contract administration, corporate entity management and/or corporate paralegal support Experience with NDAs, vendor agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and amendments CLM system experience preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Equal Opportunity Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
