Essential Functions The Banquets Houseman if responsible for setup and tear down of furnishings for GFCR banquet events, while providing excellent customer service skills in working among team members and guests; including those from other departments. Setup and strike rooms for banquets and other events as needed according to BEO specs Support a team atmosphere with fellow team members and supervisors; including other department personnel Assist in maintaining cleanliness and care of equipment and furnishings; and reports necessary repairs or breakage to direct supervisor Cross trains with regard to other areas within food and beverage Responsible for scheduling culinary staff members and meeting designated payroll costs. Responsible for setting food product specification for all outlets Job does require heavy lifting Required Alcohol awareness Certified-Tips provided by Grand Falls.
