Electromechanical Technician, 1st Shift

Responsibilities Provide corrective, preventative, predictive, safety, and emergency repairs to electrical machinery and electronic equipment used in LNS's manufacturing processes. Diagnose facility wiring, electronic controls, including servo/stepper motor controls, process equipment, and general mechanical equipment. Maintain accurate records through an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. Identify and resolve machine and system failures promptly in a production environment, providing appropriate corrective actions. Use schematics, blueprints, and diagrams to determine the sequence of operations for effective troubleshooting of electronic hardware, vacuum systems, hydraulic systems, basic mechanical systems, and pneumatic systems. Calibrate electronic controllers and maintain accurate records. Provide project support on internal projects. Assist engineering personnel in conducting process and project evaluation and problem solving while collaborating within a team environment. Assist with building and grounds maintenance when needed. Move, assemble, install, adjust, repair, and service all standard production machinery and equipment. Work overtime as required and respond to emergency call‑ins. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum two years of electromechanical training and PLC knowledge for troubleshooting and repair of production equipment. Experience of at least four years in mechanical and electrical repair, as well as PLC troubleshooting and repair of production equipment. Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and diagrams. Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Computer proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office software. Self‑motivated and results‑oriented. Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment. Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination. Due to the nature of work performed at this facility, US Person status may be required. Compensation Hourly Pay Range: $26.00 - $42.00. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
