About this opportunity We are looking for an Operations Specialist to support our Market Area America’s National Construction and Engineering organization to identify, drive, support and facilitate efficient & effective changes & performance improvements – from business needs to business results. Ericsson is looking for a high potential individual looking to develop their Operations skillset, with a focus on project planning, stakeholder management, and data analysis to drive efficiencies and improvements within the organization. What you will do Analyze, document, and improve operational procedures to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Monitor workflows, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure daily activities run smoothly. Prepare, analyze, and present operational reports to guide decision‑making. Act as a liaison between departments (e.g., sales, logistics, finance) to align operations with company goals. Drive external partners in deliverables. Collaborate with the management team to establish and execute operational strategies. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Apply a Safety First approach to all execution. Conduct training sessions for staff on updated procedures, tools, and best practices. Stay updated about the latest developments in the industry. The skills you bring A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, supply chain, or a related field is preferred. 3+ years of relevant experience is required. Ability to identify areas for improvement and analyze data. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments. Ability to handle complex requests and work under pressure. Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and relevant ERP/specialized software. Automation/AI first approach to problem resolution or refinement. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including location, the candidate’s combination of job‑related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. Your pay also includes an annual bonus based on performance, with eligibility and pro‑ration rules applying. Health: Ericsson offers excellent health benefits, including three medical plan options and a dental plan option. Employees receive company credits equal to the cost that Ericsson pays toward the cost of their medical and dental premiums for themselves and eligible dependents. Financial Security: Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and matching contributions of 4% for eligible employees.
